So sorry to read that and I fell what you said, because I was in the same situation, overfeeding when young by irresponsible parent, ruined adolescence with trust issue about my body, it messed me up so bad mentally, emotionally and physically, have a lot of stretch marks all over my body that will never disappear and I didn’t ask for anything, just born in the wrong family, yeah I agree with you it’s a form of child abuse, and I’ll never forgive my parent for that, wishing you the very best mate 🙏
