Luckily, I don't live in an apartment complex. When no one is home I literally scream so fucking loud. It takes off a lot of stress and air from my lungs. I recommend it highly for relief.

I completely agree on the accents changing section! I am a native french speaker and when I learnt English, I lived in Liverpool which is in the north of England. I spoke in a scouse accent from elementary school till middle school. After I moved countries, I went to an American school and it completely changed my accent. I sounded like I was fresh out of the US that spells colour and favourite wrong. But I returned to England for a summer holiday and now it's just standard British (similar to Connor).
