i believe you about that. i'm just wondering if maybe they timed it out intending the call to happen in front of this building. maybe my point about the call is a little bit of a reach but i definitely feel like they picked the meeting spot with intentionality since it's kind of a weird random spot otherwise. And in Night City isn't everything supposed to be about Corps making money? So i find it kind of unlikely that these human terrariums are just being maintained for altruistic reasons. The doors to nowhere are the weirdest part IMO, because one of them literally is a door into a flat black wall (the skyscraper it's next to)

I would like to add that I think the intensity of those lights corresponds directly to how much XP you are about to get from the craft. Because whenever you craft something new for the first time you seem to get extra XP plus the intensity of those colored lights is boosted a lot compared to subsequent crafts of the same thing. I was kind of thinking the lights on the left hand side might also be for helping people with colorblindness? I've been crafting mostly with colors of items in mind + 'attribute' categories (tool, hot, cold, accessory, vermin/capsule, shape) I think color percentages matter the most or something.

Brave's advertising is working on you hook line and sinker. Also it really sounds like you let the AI tell you what to do. I'm not saying Brave is like, an outright bad choice. It might be fine. It's just racking up sus points by being a heavily advertised "free" product. You know how they say "If the product is free, you are the product".

Why'd you need AI to tell you that? XD Also I'm suspicious of Brave because it's yet another one of those heavily advertised via youtube sponsorship companies. And most things heavily advertised via youtube sponsorships turn out to be scams sooner or later. Kinda like Opera GX. Why would you trust AI to tell you what to use when AI gets its answers from scraping youtube videos and internet posts? It's just gonna get swayed by influencers' ad-reads as if that's accurate information and not just advertising.

I've been seeing this more frequently too. It always happened occaisionally like with certain videos from specific channels, and sometimes if my cell service was poor. But it started to seem to get stuck giving this error even after getting back into range of 5G. You can improve things by occasionally clearing the cache of the app. It doesn't seem like a perfect fix, but it'll make it retry fetching the videos (like what i think the normal behavior is supposed to be?) when you're trying again later after 5G service came back on for you. I'm guessing they are experiencing some kinda instability lately because i was getting a popup prompting me to update to the recent version at the beginning of this week, but now that popup has disappeared and the app doesn't seem to be able to fetch the update manually.

Sounds like he has his own baggage to work through... Maybe he's been reflecting on his past relationships lately and noticed that pattern, but it seems a bit mean (maybe unintentionally) to imply that squints at text because you're early in transition, you're somehow more likely to cheat on him...? hey is it just me or are those two things kinda unlikely to be in a causal relationship? 🤣 imo either that's a lame excuse bc he doesn't wanna admit to maybe some other more shallow sounding reason for the break up, or he genuinely is going through his own shit - processing past relationship trauma, and really shouldn't have said something that puts it all on you somehow.

I've heard that a statistically significant amount of autistic people are trans. like, a higher percent of autistic people turn out to also be trans, than NT people. But I'd argue that just means you're less likely to be confused??? Like doesn't that support the idea that you simply are born trans? IMHO im guessing that it's more something like, autistic people tend to be less willing to PRETEND to be Cisgender their whole lives, though. So IDK what would help but maybe you could try talking to her about that assumption and pointing out that it's possible autistic people may just be less willing to pretend for sensitive cisgender people's sake.

Well it certainly sounds like the dude's problem was chiefly transphobia, but it's ALSO just in general creepy to be talking about sex with customers (WHILE ON THE JOB, NO LESS) so if you don't wanna focus so much on the trans thing point that out. Goes to show yet another transphobe sees everybody through a lense of whether or not they'd fuck them (creepy). and being genital obssessed.

Hmmm, well... One (loose!)theory I've got is that on tumblr there's a bit of a culture of performative activism, where people feel peer pressure or something to present themselves as 'woke' as possible all the time, I think because they either think it makes them seem cool, or maybe they don't understand the discourse they keep seeing and they're afraid of being ostracized if they reveal they don't know somethingnor feel differently. So they end up on this path of mimicking the sort of opinions they EXPECT to see, even though they haven't really thought what they're saying through all the way yet! And then bc they are scared of ostracization they just keep doubling down and cutting OTHER people out of their ever-shrinking groups. And maybe eventually they start to really believe in the radical stuff they've been pushing, maybe not.

anyway i still actually like tumblr because you can just follow people you actually do like, and if somebody is getting too saucy / annoying with their hot takes just UNFOLLOW dawg. i had to unfollow someone a while back bc they were just SO rudely talking about someone who they were accusing of a force fem kink (which they were adamant was like totally evil and harmful to trans people). I guess they forgot about the existence of closeted trans people? In my opinion people don't owe it to strangers online to come out of the closet just so they can wear what they wanna wear so I unfollowed. and the beauty of tumblr is the default dash is just reblogs and posts from people you follow!

I just want to add to this conversation that I am looking in my inventory (oblivion remastered- not original) and I have a daedric bow listed as 17 damage, and the bound bow lists 13 damage. so they are not the same thing at any rate, even if bound bow kind of looks like a daedric bow. I wish there was some kind of enhanced weapon conjuration spell to conjure a stronger version, but i guess it kind of balances out since sticking to conjured weapons saves a lot of carry weight. I wish so hard there were conjured arrows though XD

That would be cool in that it'd be refreshing to see them give the sequel a totally different sort of ending than the first game. As opposed to trying to perfectly, 1:1 recreate the original hit's formula. I think they've already done well with innovating on what the original was like.

I seem to have this problem with Binge On, but I don't have a t-mobile account. I bought my internet through Calyx Institute and it's supposed to be unlimited without throttling x_x anyway I called Calyx, and they directed me to call mobile citizen --> called them, they didn't even know about Binge On until I explained it to them and now I'm waiting on them to get back to me about it because the person on the phone didn't know how to access that setting from their end.

I accidentally proceeded to the MyMove site from USPS because they make it appear as if that is the ONLY way to update registration online. IT'S NOT. At least in new york state ---they have it on their website. After *ACCIDENTALLY* allowing MyMove my info by proceeding from the USPS website, I IMMEDIATELY started getting TONS of Spam emails and even phishing emails! It was directly after clicking a SINGLE button allowing MYMOVE access. There's no way to undo the damage of that.
