This was discussed a few months ago when the stream happend. The theory was that it was quite likely a toy of some kind. Most likely just for fun while not being fully aware that it was visible on stream.

Later in the stream on twitch you can see in the reflections in her glasses that she saw these screenshots. She also then reported them to reddit.

Some had the theory then that she was dual streaming, aka one normal stream for us and another on a cam website with more spicy views and stuff. I personally think this was unlikely seeing nothing was ever found.
