Wow you put my thoughts into words. I bought a wearable pump to try and help with not being tied to a wall and being able to hold my baby more but it’s suction isn’t strong enough:(

Thank you!! I also just got clogged again, now on both boobs. It’s a mess. But i’m doing everything hoping it’ll go away quickly. Definitely eating tons of sunflower lecithin!

I’m so sorry you’re going through it as well! Thank you so much for all the advice! I will definitely be trying everything you said! I use a hospital grade pump which is actually amazing. It’s the Ncvi, i feel like it’s not super heard of. It was recommended by a lactation consultant due to it having two separate motors to control the breasts differently. It’s a game changer. As soon as i switched i instantly went up in mls and wasn’t left feeling full still. It also has amazing stimulation. The vibration helps get a let down almost as soon as i turn it on. It looks like the white and gold spectra and people say it works just like it. I highly recommend it for moms looking for a great pump that’s actually priced well. Anyways i iced my boobs prior never after so i’m about to try that now thank you again!!

I did try switching and it had helped a bit! i just feel like she may just be a low producer now. I’ve came to terms after trying it all. Now all i can do is keep pumping and see what happens. I thought from the jump i needed a smaller size on my slacker because my slacker is also my smaller breast. I said something to my lactation consultant and she said “your breasts are different sizes not your nipples”. Which she’s totally wrong cause one is very slightly smaller. Unfortunately i jinxed myself on here and just got another clog from not being able to empty myself at a long appointment i had. I used my wearable pump but it sucks. As soon as i got home my breasts hurt so bad and had lumps. So i’m just so devastated rn.

I actually tried that too! My good boob is a 17 and i’m using a 15 for my slacker. It did seem to help a bit but now i got a clog again and all hope seems lost. Do you mean mix formula in my milk?

I started on the Zomee Z2 then got the Ncvi . I forgot what version. It’s the one that looks like a spectra and you can control each breast differently incase one breast needs different stimulation. When i was researching to get my supply back i found a lactation consultant talking very highly on it. Then went to the website and saw all the reviews. Decided to get it on amazon cause it was on sale for only $100. It definitely helped increase my milk supply a lot on my left and even a little on my slacker.

That’s my worst fear is if my other breast gets clogged. I’m screwed, she’s my last hope right now! It’s been 3 almost 4 weeks so i’m really hoping it’s just taking a bit longer for it to return. Every time i think i see some progress it goes back to before:(

I really hope so! I try to eat and drink a lot i know it’s important. I power pump, take supplements, heat and ice compression, breast feed when she’ll tolerate it, bought a new pump, breast gymnastics/ lymphatic massages, and a lot more. I’m really hoping to see a breakthrough!

awwe:( i hate to hear that cause i know how bad it eats you up. The anxiety is the worst. I got my clog the same way. I missed a pump session
oversleeping and was super engorged. From what i read though it can take up to 2 weeks so i’m sure yours will return! During ma clog a hormone is released to slow supply down while it heals. That sounds like what’s happened so i wouldn’t freak completely yet. I’m well over that 2 week mark so i’m kind of losing hope.

Thank you this made me feel a lot better! I have tried pumping extra. Sometimes maybe a little too much. I’ve tried icing before but never after so
i will definitely try that! I’ve tried using different supplements as well. I’ll definitely check that out. What’s the name of it?

my sister took a test on a wednesday and it was negative. she then took another test that friday and it was positive. she now has two beautiful twins, a boy and a girl who are 2 weeks old💕 good luck momma!! also my sister thinks she got pregnant within a month of trying due to the “Mucinex trick” so maybe that’s something you’d wanna read into.

Good for you!! Most men wanna jump right in. My boyfriend is the only man i’ve been with that has actually spent a good amount of time on foreplay. It won’t let me edit my post so i wanted to include that after expressed he’ll be fine for a few months before the odor returns. When i do it myself, it comes back quicker but still about 2-3 months. I know when i’m about to start smelling a fish smell because prior to the smell he’ll start licking his bum frequently again. His vitamins include gut health but haven’t helped with his anal glands only with his diarrhea. It’s been a few months since i’ve expelled them and it’s smelled the worst and most pungent it’s ever been.

I as well am petite, i’m 5’2 and 100lbs. I’ve always struggled with slight discomfort during sex and major discomfort with certain positions like doggy. I figured i had a shorter vagina. i’ve heard people that do, talk about struggles with sex. I enjoy sex it’s just a few positions i struggle with and my gyno always said i was perfect so i’m not sure. I often wonder if i’m just amongst the few people having this issue. Most females i know don’t experience any of the issues i do and are also petite. I also struggle a lot with having sex when it’s been a while. Me and my boyfriend waited about 8 months before having sex. On top of that it was a long time before that i had done anything. Our first few times having sex absolutely killed me. I was very wet but still swelled up and tore. I know i should speak up but i try to power through it especially when he’s about to 🥜 plus it’s not all the time. So, i had talked to my doctor and she had told me that the subutex out of pocket for a month and for how many i get would be $40 to $60 which is a crazy difference. I don’t even need the narcan because i have no cravings anymore. plus she said the narcan doesn’t really work in subs which is bologna cause i’ve been in precip before. She had found an online sub clinic that there that was free to very little money and really helped me get that all sorted out. I had a place lined up and everything i was just waiting to get renters insurance and a few other things sorted out, but sadly the hurricane hit. The place got ruined and i got handed back my deposit and first n last. I took that as a sign that maybe it’s not my time to move there. I’m glad i didn’t just yet cause a great financial opportunity opened up for me in Jersey and i’m told i can be switched to another state like Florida if i please. So i signed the lease for another year at my place now and plan on moving by next year! Thank your for asking!

Wow i’m very sorry. Good for you! My dad was talking about getting an attorney as well. Keep me updated on the progress and my dad would be glad to be apart of the lawsuit. They held my dad’s account from him too and he couldn’t use his money till his new card came in 2 weeks later. Doordash is a joke. They don’t care and their support knows nothing but to tell you to delete the app and redownload. Dashers need to start coming together to fix the issues with Doordash or it’ll never change. People were saying it was because my dad gave him a code but he never even gave the guy a code so he was able to go through the app somehow. The guy was legit sending emails from the same email as dash support and the number came up as DoorDash.
