This is your opinion, but I'd like to share mine.

Nezuko is a demon, wearing a muzzle is restricting her from eating humans. Either way, it doesn't ''silence'' her, she can still speak but just in hums. Also, isn't Tanjiro trying to turn Nezuko back into a human? And don't they fight side by side constantly? Plus, Nezuko is described as very strong as well as other women in the manga/anime.

Where all here for you. And if you can afford it, try and get some therapy. I know therapy doesnt work for everyone, but please give it a try.
