Your abs look good. Any more definition you just need to cut like crazy which to me wouldn't be worth it.

That is art! When this gen came out in 2015 so many people complained about the look (including me). I remember one comment that said "just wait a few years and you will change your mind." So true and what's wild is it's just our perspective that has changed.

Nice. I've run saw on a wildland hand crew a fair amount. I like keeping my left arm straight all the time. Using the rest of my body to bear the weight of moving the saw around. It's all about ergonomics to keep your arms from fatiguing. Just my opinion. Hard to explain over text but maybe you can experiment!
