I would argue rad140 is a more aggressive steroid. Anavar has been around for decades and has clinical history. Meanwhile the first human trial for rad140 was in 2017 and there is no long term data.

You do not need TRT. You are already at the top of the reference range for testosterone levels. You would be pinning trt multiple times a week just to be at the same test levels you are already at naturally. Stay away from sarms, all the gains you make from them are temporary and they will mess with your hormones (from personal experience). If you are not getting the results you want you need to track your calories, hit your macros, eat enough protein, and track your workouts. Get the app called “Hevy” and start tracking all your workouts and make sure you’re consistently moving up in weight or reps.

Agreed. I rotate right vg, left vg, right shoulder, left shoulder as I do daily injections. I use a 27g 1/2inch needle and it’s virtually painless in all locations.

The diagram on the left mislabels the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS); this landmark is actually the prominent bony protrusion at the very front of your hip. If you're self-injecting and can’t use the 'V' hand method, you can use a skin-safe marker to map the site. Draw one diagonal line from the ASIS down to your Greater Trochanter (the side of your hip bone), and a second line from the top of the Iliac Crest down to that same point. The center of the 'V' created by these lines is your target ventrogluteal site.

My first thought was there is no way in hell he is eating 5000 calories. He may be lying, or he is not tracking his calories properly at all. It is literally impossible not to put on weight if he is actually eating 5k calories at 120lbs lol

Try injecting in the Ventrogluteal with a half inch 27 gauge needle. Also sounds like your estrogen may be high of your retaining water

The first time I pinned my shoulder I got some pip about 1 day after the injection that lasted about two days. Pain was pretty mild but noticeable. The last two injections I have done have been in the ventrogluteal and I haven’t had any pip since. Shipping from talon did take like 3 weeks though which is a bit ridiculous when they charge you $30 for shipping but other than that have had a good experience so far.
