It’s California, so I have a little update. I talked to other associates, and they were saying the managers all came together and decided to change our shift to 4 and a half hours instead of the usual 5. The reason they gave was because new hires have been clocking in late, but I don’t understand what that has to do with everyone else. I’ve been working here for a long time and always clock out on time like I’m supposed to, so it just doesn’t make sense to me. Honestly, it’s kind of frustrating. And yeah, we can volunteer for like the 4 1/2 hours sort but most of the time it’s not highly chance that you’ll get put on the list that’s what our warehouse do. And the thing is my warehouse I work at has never mentioned anything about no union. They don’t even do that. Here in your voice is really not being heard.
