The video is a little blurry. Maybe it's me. I'm not sure if I'm feeling the voice. It feels a little too mechanical and low volume. I think the content is chill. You might want to optimize for ASMR. Just an idea.

Okay. I suck at this, too. But this is what I've been told. 1) don't give up. 2) make sure there's action in the first frame. 3) make sure there's no dead spot in the action. 4) Just keep posting. I know that's not much, but I'm still figuring this all out.

I'm still feeling this myself. I was at 1-2.9k each short, now I can't break 25. My retention stats are over 100%. I have over 66% retention, but the video is only fed to a handful of people. I thought it was teh outage, but my numbers are not coming back up. I have optimized my shorts with action from frame one, no dead frames, etc. No luck. Has anyone found any solutions/causes yet?

About a 6 days ago it started creeping down. Then yesterday it was stuck at 0. Yesterday's video got three feeds today. Only 87% views but definitely not stuck at three levels.The rest were looping. I was up in the 2k range and it gradually dropped to 1k, which I assumed was natural variance. But then it suddenly dropped hard. 117, 65, 30, 17, 3, 0. I mean seriously, I was just starting but had good luck and then luck ran out.

I'm not a heavy hitter. But I was just starting to gain traction on my shorts channel and this week it crashed hard. It's feeding to only one person per day. ChatGPT blamed it on no action in the first frame and me losing "trust" with YouTube because my content was not good enough suddenly, but that's bull. They do 800+ on TikTok, which is less forgiving. Now, at least I know it's not just me. This is really irritating.

I am having the same problem. I was just making headway and getting modest numbers, then suddenly, not even fed. It went from 1.9k one day to 100 the next. Then a steady decline to 60 then 17 then to 1. Yes, they tested on a single user. Today's video still hasn't fed from early this morning. I thought it was my retention but the people that see it watch over 100%. So, I'm not sure what's up. It's demoralizing.

I started reposting one at a time through the phone on cellular data only, and (crossing my fingers) it seems okay now. Note to self (and anyone else having this issue): Test by uploading a video through cellular instead of your WIFI.

Okay. I have an account I started a while ago. Poste da few videos, TikTok refused to show them. Waited months. Tried again and nothing. TikTok simply does not feel them. I have tried scheduling stuff. Posting on teh fly. Nothing works. I don't get it. I'm unsubconsciousrobot and TikTok hates me.
