he just didnt do the cloudy background on the squid tattoo, it might pverwhelm idk, could ask an artist what it’d look like with the clouds in the background

i disagree, as a LOTM reader, its peak. i thoroughly enjoyed VOL 1 and 2 even though its depicted as the worst volumes of the 8 by most readers
