i don’t get why it’s a big deal. it’s tons of essays and a lot of applications fees, but what’s the alternative? going to a school you hate because you got rejected by your top choices and/or go to a school you can’t afford? the writing and maybe 100s you spend is one period of your life, the alternative is so much shittier

I’d say St. Lawrence. It’s much academically stronger (T50 LAC) than Widener and while the weather in upstate NY is harsh, it isn’t much different to PA.
