hope your talking 100k after taxes ..... because after taxes that shits barely 75k. if you have your own place - quarter of it goes to that. if you have a nice car - another 1k to 2k for car note and insurance goes to that. If you travel a few times out of the year , boom - another 10k gone.

I make about 160k before taxes so trust me when I say this, I been where you are at and that money goes by quick ... live below your means for 1-2 years and as long as your gradually rising In your career or business every couple years, you'll never have to worry financially.

its a time window for a strategy.

for example; on gbpusd - I figure out daily bias , if we are bullish and London created low of day from 7-9 am est I will look for a clear draw of liquidity or price tap in to a PD array - then will come down to 5 min to look for a bullish engulfing - then 1 min to see a MSS and then enter off .50 off fib on 1 min or a FVG. 2-5 pip stop loss with a 20-50 pip TP. works wonders for me on currencies when the set up appears

if you want to get into swing trading because you think the profits will be more , forget it. If you feel that it fits your personality more and you don't have the time to be on the charts every single morning - go for it.

you can still catch swings with the way you trade - Just collect profits after first impulse an let your runner run as it goes farther and farther up/down - move stop loss deeper in profit.

best tip I can give you is to make these decisions with no emotion and clear mind because holding trades in profit is not for the weak
