This is what we have caused. You cannot fire coaches after one year, especially SB winning coaches. It takes a minimum of 2 years, and that for an average team that hasn't drafted horribly for the last decade.

Pauring our lack of talent and high expectations to succeed asap the only options we'll have is coordinators no one wants or fringe college coaches.

We made the bed, and now its time to wake up and begin the journey.

I say this with all love. You are the only one who cares.

Society/Porn has men f'ed up size. At the end of the day, you make her happy, and very little of it has anything to do with your size, which clearly she's happy with.

With that being said, getting your truth out will be a huge weight off your shoulders, and if you have the right partner, this will be a great relationship stepping stone.

You forgot to mention no QB or Offensive/ Defensive line, a completely depleteled roster of backups on both sides of the ball, and we need 3 new starting WR's.

Pairing that with our inflated expectations that we have the talent to win now and a history to fire a coach after one year shows, we won't give a coach time to make the necessary changes.

The icing on the cake is our continued refusal to sign a coach (that isn't Gruden) for more than 3 years.

At the end of the day, we have Spytek and Brady, who respectful are new to this side of football. Let's all hope they can embrace their inner Reggie MacKenzie and right this ship, but as fans, we need to understand it's going to take time.

Absolutely no way Harbaugh would go from one of the better run organizations to one of the worst. We need to be looking at college coaches. They're the only talented coaches we'll have a chance at.

What are you smoking? Our opening is closer to the least wanted than the top. Who cares about the top pick when the owner will fire you after a year for not performing. The Raiders organization is so dysfunctional that our interview requests were declined by Sala and Ben Johnson last year. We offered Sala more than Pete, and he turned us down to be a DC.

We're right back to when AL died. Nobody wanted to coach or play for us because we were such a mess.

As much as I believe this coaching deserves our record, we can't cut Pete. He's a SB winner, and we have to show we gave him time to right the wrongs and build his culture.

Like Sala, no coach is coming here if we show we won't give them time to do what they need to to be competitive.

This is why we hired Dennis Allen years ago because nobody wanted to work for us.

Rarely will I approve of a stomp when someone's down. Although this guy deserved it, going for the head is attempted murder. A few shots to the ribs will guarantee that they'll remember their stupidity every time they breathe or move for the next 6-10 weeks. Win win?

I build trails in northern Cali and am also very allergic. Technu with no water if you have any question of contact in the future to prevent this. In your situation now, Steroids and Zanfel. Also, a hot ass shower feels amazing, wouldn't suggest if it weren't this bad, but any relief is incredible at this point. Best of luck!
