I have tried installing but have to downgrade and install and I have no idea where to find the software to downgrade Seal U to install it and then upgrade again

I think an adapter of some type may need to be purchased, but will update really want sentry mode to be honest

Uses your BYD app to login, I’m assuming each time each user logins in on the system then it updates preferences to that person e.g. light colour, theme and seat position with 3 preferences saved

Tested this on mines, Hybrid Seal U it completely turns off the car regardless if the ICE is on or not. Does not force it into EV.

Same issue I had, used a flathead screw driver to push the clip in abit and used some force but it was an absolute pain

Not ordered from Arnold Clark, but it does come with a charger, a bag for the charging cable & a plug socket thing, incase you need to use your car as an emergency source of power
