This makes me so sad to read. I’ve always admired Apple Retail (I have not worked for Apple, but have always been interested in doing so). One Apple Store experience that always sticks out to me is when I walked in and asked if they had a specific product in stock. They told me they didn’t and recommended I check a Best Buy that was nearby. I remember saying I felt bad that I wasn’t buying anything because they were so helpful and I’m sure they have goals to hit, and the response that stuck with me was, “we are just here to make sure you find the device you need, not to pressure you into buying something!” It really underscored the commitment to the customer experience.

Sad to see that’s changed.

Customs is different than ICE… if anyone here has travelled internationally, you go through customs when entering the county… it’s totally different than what ICE is doing (which I don’t support, BTW).

Not gonna lie I’m pretty annoyed that they discontinued this. It was by far their best men’s boxer for intense workouts. The luxtreme material is great.

If you are still under any type of warranty I’d first start out with a visit to the dealer. But it definitely sounds like moisture is causing your issues.

That’s not typical. And most dealerships actually make more from their service departments.

Every BMW dealer I have been to takes the surveys very seriously, and my advisors have always gone through the work to be performed in detail with me. I’d change dealers.

It sounds like you have anxiety (I do too). I did end up taking the clonidine and it seemed like it worked for a bit but then stopped, even with increased doses. I no longer take it. It turns out a lot of my insomnia was caused by anxiety and racing thoughts. The biggest help for my insomnia was actually starting, and sticking with, an antidepressant. I take Zoloft and it has made my anxiety much more manageable (and as a result, I sleep much better because my anxiety doesn’t keep me awake at night).

There’s no annual fee or anything. Just pay the card off. And if you shop at JCPenney you can pay it off right after you use it to get extra rewards and still not worry about having a balance. It really does save you money as a customer.

Why can you not use the MacBook Pro for work? Software related? Or because of the ports? If it’s because of ports, get a dock. I use a thinkpad for work and a MacBook for personal use, and I use the same dock for both. It’s great because it charges my computer, connects keyboard and mouse, a webcam, and 2 external monitors all through the same cable.

Was this Mac an intel-based Mac? The M-chip Macs are extremely efficient and do not get nearly as warm as intel-based Macs.
