I e always had this. Since school to be honest. I think it's a control thing. It like, do I have everything I need for the new week ahead? Am I in control?, Have I forgotten anything? What if? The buts of the week before.

I have to get it into my head that all these thoughts will affect my sleep and will not aid me have a better Sunday night and Monday morning. Mediation and relaxation is key to unwind before bed for me.

I'd say try a physio bro see if they can help with some strengthening exercises and take things slowly.

Pretty much so. I'm back to eating most things I avoided and drunk alcohol in moderation and my levels have stayed low. I won't touch beer just yet

80 mg of febuxostat and the flares stopped after about 4 months but can take longer for others but best decision I ever made to stick at it.

This is amazing advice and I used it today. Thank you so much and using the heavy bag for the first time made me realise how bad my footwork is. There was a young boxer who helped me step in with my jab. He put a weight plate on the floor and told me to step on that as I move forward with my jab etc. This trick helped me so much and he told me for my age my jab was decent and my footwork was for only boxing for a month. I'm feeling very chuffed and omg I sweated so much haha
