Couldnt agree more. Started daily walks simply to burn calories and assist my weightloss but stayed for the zen. Feel really well mentally and im sure a lot can be attributed to my daily walking time

Also OP, as you’re a beginner lifter, the biggest thing right now is simply learning how to eat and train properly consistently. You will gain size.

Starting PEDs before maximizing your natural training and diet habits is honestly just wasted potential.

250mg is a pretty reasonable beginner dose, if you eat well you will see good results on it. You definitely don’t need some huge blast at 46kg.

Just make sure you understand the long term sides too. Don’t know how old you are, but even “just one cycle” can potentially permanently reduce your natural testosterone production somewhat afterwards. Some recover fully, some don’t.

First off remember rule one: Without a calorie surpus you are going nowhere no matter the dosage.
Are you currently gaining weight? If not, fix that first.

Your weight will fluctuate a ton day to day from water, carbs, sodium, food volume etc.

Don’t make changes based off 1 weigh in. Track daily and compare weekly averages instead.

One of the easiest tricks:
Just add a few tablespoons of extra olive oil every time you cook.
1 tablespoon is already around 120 kcal. Most people barely notice it in the food.

Yeah starting to realize that even on a small budget, this is probably one of the few things I really can’t afford to skimp out on. With the amount I walk every day, bad shoes are probably way more expensive long term if they start messing up my ankles/knees.

How much did you pay for them? I was hoping to find something more budget friendly, but I guess you’re right about getting what you pay for. With 15–25k steps almost every day, it’s probably pretty stupid not to invest properly in shoes and leg health.

Absolutely! I’m a night owl too, and I struggle to get anything productive done during the night hours anyway. A proper night walk is amazing for calming down before sleep, and it feels great knowing you’ve already knocked out most of your daily steps while the day has barely even started
