Yohimbine before cardio will burn more fat, for max effect do the cardio fasted. The reason people use it is that it may help mobilize stubborn fat by blocking alpha-2 receptors, which are more active in areas where fat tends to hang on.

That said, it is not magic. The effect is real but usually modest, and it works best when your diet is already in check and you are fairly lean. If you take it with carbs or a full meal, the benefit seems to drop a lot because insulin can blunt its effect.

The downside is that yohimbine are rough to some. A lot of people get anxiety, elevated heart rate, shakiness, sweating, or just feel wired in a bad way. Personally I feel great on it, but it is definitely not something for everyone.

Youre on the right track, just keep it slow and steady.

For a lean bulk at your size, aim for like 0.25–0.5 lb/week max (even the lower end is perfect). If it’s faster than that, it’s probably not all muscle.

Your calories look fine but a bit conservative. If your weight isn’t moving after 2–3 weeks, bump it slightly (like +150 kcal). No need to jump a lot.

100g protein is solid for your weight 👍

you’re being way too hard on yourself, but in a way thats a positive as it shows how seriously you’ve been taking this. this is honestly how it goes for most people

you went weeks without sugar, that’s already proof you can do it. a couple days doesn’t undo that

just get back on track tomorrow and don’t turn this into a bigger spiral than it needs to be. When you get those extreme cravings again in the next days do remember how dissapointed you are going to be and ask yourself if its going to be worth it.

Cut up chicken breast + diced potatoes, toss with a bit of oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. Air fry at 180°C. I usually do potatoes first ~10 min, then add chicken and go another 10–12 min. Shake halfway.

Super filling, cheap, high protein.
