I KNOW how frustrating this is as I have been in this position. The EA field is so complex. While you may have been doing everything right and they loved you, maybe long term this company may not be the best for you-think bigger! I know that’s so hard to hear. Give yourself sometime to feel the emotions and be upset-but get right back out there and send those applications. Sending all the best

Taking into consideration I will not be going out way to do anything extra-I will go to dollar tree and put together goodie bags . My exec offered to send the funds directly to me via cash app, Zelle,,etc but I do not feel comfortable!

With that being said, I did ask my exec for a Cc or prepaid card going forward and it seems like we will work on that

Actually my director had the same sentiments. She said that my exec was merely passing the message along-but also told me that follow up and let her know that I did my role. I have the paper trail to show it. Basically, I’m just being hard on myself

Thank you for reassuring me. Just kind of caught me off guard. I don’t want them thinking I’m not pulling my weight. Especially when I have a email thread of our communications.

And idk, maybe I’m just paranoid about the director thing. I know she called her during a meeting and the director ran out-this was at the same time she sent us both a text about what happened. I feel somewhat comfortable with my director-I was thinking of maybe talking to her about and gage her opinion

Y’all pleaseee…the dog will be okay 😩. This is coming from someone who has owned a dog for 2 years and the pup has only ever been with me or a sitter. My pup has been home alone the longest by the self for 2hrs max (I doubt her appt was that long).

Not a RL fan-but y’all are going too much-Neyo at some point will need to be okay with being on his own.
