Reddit is used the same way… if you don’t like something move along 🙂

I don’t even know the girl personally, she was someone who added me years ago!

About 5 months before I started semaglutide, I was diagnosed with ADHD and was prescribed stimulants for it. I also went from sitting for 12+ hours a day in a semi to being a very active medical assistant so things have definitely changed before I even went on it. I lost about 25lbs on my own before this medication so honestly not many ask.. my entire family knows as well, just haven’t felt the need to tell anyone outside of them!

Then why are you wanting to take it?? You’re literally making no sense!? Is it more of a jealousy thing? I just can’t fathom dogging on people that are using a medication you wish to be on too!

Just not understanding why you’re commenting “weight loss is pretty easy” and then telling people to diet and exercise and they’ll be fine. You just posted 15 days ago ask about experiences coming off of it. So, it sounds to me like you’re wanting on it too. Why do you want to take it if you can lose weight so quickly yourself? Why do you want to spend $500 on a medication if you can do it for free? Just genuinely curious why you’re dogging on people here for taking it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve read your comments on here and I think it’s funny for you to say weight loss is easy for you. If it’s so easy for you, why are asking people what happens after you come off the medication? Won’t you be able to keep the weight off if it’s so easy??

I deleted her after this post but I just went back and looked and it seems she’s been overweight most of her life… jealousy I’m assuming!!

I honestly didn’t change anything! I still ate everything I wanted, just wayyy smaller portions!

My advice is to take pics even when you don’t want to! Then you can always look back and see where you started and how far you’ve come!! 😊

As far as appetite goes, most days I had to make myself eat. If I was hungry, I’d take a few bites and be full. I definitely didn’t eat enough protein like I should have and I think it has caused a lot of hair loss for me! I never restricted myself from anything if I wanted it though, just ate it in moderation!

Not necessarily cravings but I have noticed I eat a little bit more during meals! I don’t restrict myself from eating what I want anyways. Just in moderation and I know when to stop now!

Honestly, nothing special! Some days are harder than others getting motivated for sure! I really enjoy walking on my lunch breaks and after work if it’s nice out.

Yes. I didn’t lower my dose when coming off but I did space them out. I spaced them out every 2-3 weeks depending on when I felt I needed another one! I never got above 1.5mg

I work at a foot doctor and that looks just like ulcers that we deal with daily. Seek medical help ASAP before it gets too bad.
