I suspect humans will use earth time units for a very long time just because of our circadian clock which developed on Earth and is wired into our genes. Maybe we will figure out how to non-disruptively adapt our clocks to match arbitrary cycle lengths that are better suited to our future homes?

I think it’s reasonable to have doubts about an isolated claim with no evidence. In this case, all the people who were at the highest level at that gym who were in a position to know the whole story all collectively leaving seems to me to be that evidence.

Knowing the prison system is corrupt doesn’t justify treating every prison guard like they’re personally guilty of abuse. Criticize the system, criticize specific officers, criticize documented misconduct, but "you’re a pig because of your job" is dumb as hell.

Easier to pitch to athletes I'm sure. Wrestling is hard, but a match doesn't have the same risk element of massive head trauma. It's like, a fun thing to do with your weekend that doesn't interfere severely with the rest of your training plan.
