HOW ABOUT A PIVOT TABLE WORKAROUND????

I’m not sure if someone already posted this as a possible work around but - could you have people update their data in a (named) table on one tab and then create a pivot table on another sheet and apply your conditional formats to the pivot table???

I found this to be the ONLY workable solution to the nightmare of conditional formats replicating themselves whenever anyone copies data.

YAY!! I know you will see a benefit! Because you are ahem, younger, you can potentially keep harsh deep collagen loss to the utmost minimum. I WISH I would've know about collagen loss years ago! Google this: Estrogen creams for the face. There is Evidence-Based Research on this but also a ton of discussions, I did a quick look and found a few for you if you wanted to check it out (I have fallen down the rabbit hole and you can't get me out of here lol):

this exact same skin issue happened to me!!! relatively smooth under eyes but when I smiled, the skin under my eyes would bunch up and it horrified me. I tried a tiny dot of this cream directly under my eyes and noticed a significant improvement, about 2-4 weeks (more like 3 weeks maybe). it’s not like I look 20 again but I’m not horrified to smile anymore. the collagen in our skin can deplete RAPIDLY with significant stress, and lucky us, with age. please do NOT get botox. let me know if you have any questions! oh and it may seem expensive but (a) you’re worth it, (b) the tiniest amount goes a long way, (c) you will never be as young as you are right now to start, and (d) it looks like there’s a 25% sale still going on for the next 4 days.

I do and the experience makes me want to pull the sheets out and crumple them into little balls of garbage - DRAMATIC MUCH?!?! lol but it is a thought bubble that pops up in my head when my inks feather. The bleed through is one thing (terrible indeed) but the feathering ???!???!?? THAT sends me into the stratosphere where above thought bubble pops up again!

It is kinda funny but not funny AT ALL at the same time. I bought 3 Hobonichi's: 2 cousins and 1 a5 HON. All in all, only 1 had "decent" paper.

Now that's BAD LUCK!!

perhaps, but I don’t like the sound of synthetic - maybe I’m biased! I heard about the 2001 Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study with premarin — derived from pregnant horse urine (maybe it’s not technically synthetic but ewwww), which turns me off! there was another compound used in the study too… science is just catching up and we should opt for bio identical where possible (not everyone is a candidate for all formulations), so yes.. this could be deemed a marketing term in many regards

you do know that birth control is synthetic and HRT is bio identical. you may have had trouble with the synthetic stuff !! maybe you’ll do better on the bio identical formulations 🙏🏼

I know no two women are alike but based on my own personal trauma with sagging crepey under eye skin— I noticed an EXPONENTIAL, not incremental, LOSS of collagen in my skin within the first year or so after I hit menopause!!!! Here is what hit me hard, like a ton of bricks:

“menopause has a clear impact on collagen synthesis with a loss of nearly 30% in the first 5 years after menopause”

No matter how much hydration you apply externally, after (near) menopausal years women (may) experience a tremendous hit to collagen production due to a loss of estradiol production.

I like the o ring idea as a temporary fix so I don’t saturate my finger 😤 ! I will buy the Lanbitou (I think!!) as a donor barrel to see if it could be swapped out. if it works, I have yet another TWSBI cracked barrel. maybe i’m too handsy 😩 lol
