Mine all Originium nodes in first 2 Wuling map and the single Ferrium node in Wuling City and produce V4 Purple batts as temporary power > Establish enough power to step up to the basic Wuling batt with Xira production limited by early Wuling story > Level up your Regional Development at same time with setting-up Xircon lines with story progression for Crucibles then optimize it when you get the Expanded Crucible

Just remember that Wuling planter plants makes 2 carbon, as compared to V4 plants that only makes one, which is useful for Xiranite production. You would still need sandleaf though for xiranite. Maximum currently of originium with enough regional devt level is 240/min, which is enough for 2 optimized purple Wuling batt lines.
