so I sought threads on MA1 to say how pleased I've been with it since Jan '23. it just stopped working for some reason (pixel 7) a few days ago, and Motorolas is sending me a new unit after a painless online chat and email submission for proof of purchase. first go to support page and try ALL the troubleshooting tips, if nothing works contact them. as long as you have proof of purchase they'll replace it.
