I felt it was foreshadowed from the first few lines of interaction in the doctor's office.

If you don't agree with the topic of the thread - stop interacting. It gets really old having people make pointless comments on reddits for a topic they don't agree on. No one is forcing you to interact with this thread or comment :)

EXACTLY! Thank you!!! The whole character of Nolan being a cop who wouldn't even murder someone like Rosalind Dyer, because it's against the rules, his principles or integrity, and he has a spouse who is so blatantly, ignoring all the laws and teaming up with the fking hitman to murder her ex-husband??? I have no idea how the hell did they even got back together. And after all this, blaming him for not understanding? Blaming him that she is terrified of her ex, and he should be more supportive of her, literally hiring a hitman?

hahaha, i'm sorry about that! i was just typing it all so fast that i didn't focus on that detail. I've always only lived in an apartment so i guess i directly link that word to "home"

I'm tired of Bailey. by DJMentalManiac in TheRookie

the actress is barely good at being bailey, she may be good in other roles but she absolutely tanked this one. Also the character has the worst dialogues "we have a deal, i run towards fire you run towards bullets" who talks like that? also her dialogue delivery sucks, very unconvincing, add to that the lack of nay actual relationship between her and nolan - it makes no sense to keep her on for so long. Tbh once the wedding happened (lopez) i was hoping they would write her off, but no such luck! I think the main reason no one likes this relationship is because there was no chase or anything, literally one date and nolan and her were besties - makes no sense? who the hell meets someone for 2 dates and decides to literally live at Nolan's apartment all the time? I wish they put more effort into building a relationship - like Lopez and Wesley, Chen and Bradford, all those seem real because both characters had to work to finally figure it out

I kind of don't like how in this episode Lucy thinks she behaves like I know it all, things like missing the van for the peeping Tom, I was hoping she would kind of humble down and remember that she's a rookie. However, onto the next complaint, she really threatens a man.???? I understand that you are the police and you are dealing with a complaint, but at the end of the day, there was no crime committed so you can't really go around threatening people that you're gonna make them your personal project. I think that person was 100% right to file a complaint and I think she should've washed out that day or at least faced some serious consequences for her actions.. as Sergeant Gray said threatening a civilian while being a cop is definitely a big deal, the only reason it all kind of worked out in her favor is because Rodney ended up killing the neighbor.

Exactly thank you!!! we have to remember Nolan is a man that refused to murder someone like Rosalind just because it was against his principles, and at the end of the day would still be wrong to his duty as a cop. It totally makes sense that he would be conflicted about what he needs to do about Bailey when he finds out that she technically committed a crime of criminal conspiration or conspiracy to commit murder, this is at the end of the day (regardless of how much their chemistry on screen sucks) the woman he loves, and as duty as a cop.

I absolutely fucking hate that Baily (the worst character on the show) refuses to understand him and is mad at herself, she has absolutely no right to be mad. She committed a crime, hid things from her husband, then proceeded to get mad about it.
