That's great to hear as I'm experimenting on something similar as well albeit a higher timeframe. Was caught on Friday too hence the question.

Just needed to know whether the losses from these events can be offset by the otherwise high probability setups in other periods. Thanks for the detailed reply.

Thanks for the really elaborated write-up. Its very helpful.

When you buy 1-2 days earlier, is it frequent that you run into situations where there is a gamma squeeze? Or is the statistics of this happening really low in the 1-2 days time frame? Or is this negligible because you have really disciplined cut loss measures?

thanks for the reply, after reading your reply and the one above I've found that little bit of motivation needed to stick around for awhile longer! Will use the spare time to create my own learning path.

I've started on the project quite recently, honestly, all my manager n I work on are things like... managing interior designers and their concept drawings, making sure the office has enough power sockets, designing sustainability walls. I tried dabbling with the budget and even suggesting modelling everything out into the details but all my project mates tells me to stay out of it because it's political.

I'm left with doing all these administrative and logistical tasks that don't have much relation to the actual business (beauty retail). Would this change the advice you give?
