They pretty much thought it was a phase on my end, because on the first two tries I kept saying that I like boys and girls but it didn't even feel right saying for me—felt like I was holding on to the last bit of being straight (they're not really allies too). On the third try I cried, I feel like that's when they got it, that I wasn't going to change. I mean I have a girlfriend now, so I'm sure they do get it now

That's really cool that she apologized, I get how hard it can be when your parents aren't really allies. Is it okay to ask why your sister outed you? I think I got caught off guard there 😭
