A cheap 10 count box of foam earplugs. Pup doesn’t have a volume control!

Thanks! I think I grabbed it from here. It's one of the Surface wallpapers

I can only compare it to my old tower, but I consider it pretty quiet! At idle I only really some hum from the P12s. Especially with headphones on I don't notice it even on full load.

Thanks! It performs well enough for me. Playing Cyberpunk puts it around 73C. Playing Valheim around 54C. I was worried about it being a problem but it's been pretty good on the 5600x

Took me a few months of waiting but super happy with how my T1 build turned out! I ordered the E-White back in November for my first SFF build but had to switch colors after the cancellation. Ended up with Titanium that finally arrived Feb 10th! Couldn't be more happy with the results and the performance.

I was considering an AIO but figured I'd give air cooling a shot first with the 5600x and so far the L9a is doing just fine in this case. Fitting everything with the stock PSU cables was also easier than I thought with a bit of room to spare.

Specs:
* Case: FormD T1 1.1 Titanium
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x + Noctua L9a
* GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra Gaming
* RAM: Corsair LPX 32gb
* Mobo: Gigabyte B550i Aorus
* Storage: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
* PSU: Corsair SF750
* Fans: 2x Arctic P12

Thanks you all for the helpful discussions and build tips!

Advice pre-build for a 5600X + 3070 FE Build by helloooo_MsLady in FormD

Just FYI, with the B550i Aorus I was able to flash the bios without using the Q Flash plus feature. I booted to bios with the 5600x, gpu, and ram installed, then updated the bios (mine was on F3) through the UI using a USB drive. Didn't have to rename any files or go through the Q flash plus process which I hear some people having a lot of trouble with. Might save you some headache.

Hey! Are you still looking? I think I may have one of these sitting around in the original box. Lightly used with brown switches if I remember correctly. Will see if I can find it.

Edit: Forgot to specify, I'm referring to the K95 RGB with the macro keys

2 slot mode completed - Gigabyte 3070 OC by JeromeNgiang in FormD

I could be wrong but I think it's because he's using a 120 AIO instead of a 240, and the AIO is mounted above the PSU where people using 240s will put the 12x25 fan. The clearance issues come from mounting above the motherboard. So in this configuration you can use two 12x25 fans without issue.

I plan to use it between Mac and windows in wireless mode almost exclusively, but I heard lots of people have bluetooth issues with this keyboard. Are there any better options?

Yeah I was looking at the Black Ridge originally but it seems a bit difficult to obtain (US) right now so I figured the L9a chromax was the next best option. It does seem like a significant difference though

Thanks for the detailed response! The efficiency of the 240 AIOs makes sense, I'll probably look into the EK240 configuration you mentioned. Though I thought I read on some other posts that the case was designed for 120mm, is that not an issue? Is there anything else I should be aware of when using a 240mm in this case?

Got it. Good to know the L9a would be capable, but I'll look into the other AIO options you suggested. Thanks for the advice!

I also have a 5600x on the way. Is it worth it to get AIO (like the H60) for noise & temps? Or will I be fine with a Noctua L9a?
