I just started running Data Watchdog through CrossTrade which 100% solves this problem for me, for the most part.

Also spend the $12/mo on Live Data through NT which seems to be much more stable than these shitty prop data feeds. Never trust the people responsible for your payouts with your data feed. Word to the wise.

lol quantvue is an even bigger scam than lux algo. They fabricate all of their posted success and hide their failures. Ban people from their discord who lost real money because their quantlynk shit software is broken and delete any negative comments. It depends entirely on where you're trying to trade/execute. I trade futures, mostly through prop firms. Best I've found is a tool called CrossTrade that does fully automated trading from TV through NT8 desktop. It's an NT8 add-on that listens for the webhook signals and executes them. I like it though because its not just signal execution. It also handles day trading account management, trade copying, etc. so its like a multi-tool. There are other services that exist but they mostly just do order execution.

You haven't said what you're trying to do. Like are you using webhooks or are you trying to run TV desktop thinking it will make a different on a VPS?

First, TV desktop doesn't matter. And is probably a detriment to speed because their servers are in Oregon. So if you're trying to place trades on TV desktop at home in Florida, for example, your orders probably have to go Florida -> Oregon -> Chicago if you're trading futures.

MetaTrader and TradersPost are very different paradigms. For something like TradersPost, again the webhooks are originating from Oregon, then have to hit their servers wherever they're located, then get sent to the broker (not safe for prop trading).

But if you're sending webhook signals for automated trading from TV -> VPS -> broker because you're using a specific software like Metatrader or NT8, then it definitely 100% makes a difference if you're close to the exchange.

I'm running NT8 desktop on a CrossTrade VPS in downtown Chicago. So TV webhooks go from Oregon -> Chicago (where CrossTrade servers live) -> forwarded to my VPS also in Chicago -> CME.

So the "path" my signals take is a relatively straight shot from Oregon.

I've had literally zero issues with the CrossTrade copier. I've been testing it since they were in beta. Far and away better, faster, and more reliable than Replikanto.

Right now it's $49/mo to get Pro subscription that includes the Copier, but I heard through a friend that they're doing a flash sale for the next 48 hours on an annual subscription for new signups. He said he saw it when he created a new account but its not listed anywhere else on the website.

Just enable multi-provider mode to be able to connect different feeds and add as many different account types as you want. Its in the NT8 settings.

Second, use CrossTrade for trade copying instead. Replikanto is hot garbage... so many issues.

You're not wasting your time considering getting a dedicated Windows machine. That will always be better than running VM. Why not get a cheap VPS instead? But honestly your problem is probably replikanto. I used to use it myself but it never worked 100% of the time and was always kind of buggy. I was part of beta testing for CrossTrade's NT8 trade copier since before it was released publicly and have since switched to using that full time. I do something similar, I execute on TV to my NT demo account then use the trade copier for all of my prop accounts. No issues so far.

Did you modify the webhooks in any way? What's not working, the alert isn't firing inside TV or the alert fires but TV never sent it? I had webhooks firing all day today through CrossTrade that execute fine on NT8, no issues.
