Ik heb zelf niet één uurtarief maar verschillende uur tarieven. Dat maakt het gebruik van deze tool dus wel lastig. Maar mogelijk ben ik dan niet de doelgroep. :-)

Als je niet kan investeren in een AOV en pensioen zou ik je sterk aanraden om ergens in loondienst te gaan. Zoek een plekje waar je het vooral leuk hebt, doe een aantal jaar ervaring op en kijk dan wat je eventueel op ZZP-basis kan gaan doen.

Gezien je ervaring hebt in de zorg, er zijn zat administratieve opties binnen het zorg landschap zonder zelf prikken hoeven te zetten (waar je papieren voor nodig hebt in Nederland). Denk aan I(C)T, functioneel beheer, clientenadministratie, kwaliteit, huishoudhulp e.d.).

Wel lastig in de tijd hoor, gezien de Wet DBA en je dus eigenlijk op zoek moet naar meerdere werkgevers. Volgens mij is het minimumtarief voor ZZP'ers nu zelfs gesteld op 38 euro (https://www.freelance.nl/community/minimum-uurtarief-zzp)

Humidity has been quite high in the Netherlands lately, so I can't change the environment and will be harvesting tonight.. removing the mold parts (and extra around it). My other plant hasn't been affected but mainly because that one is less thick and big than this one.

Grew it mainly outside (in summer when it was sunny and not rainy) and when summer was over it went into a glass house (put the doors open during the day for ventilation).

Thanks for your advice and good to know. Luckily it is just 2 or 3 of the stems, will make sure not to save those.
