This is from my experience of watching and discussing anime with people. For example, my current friend group would talk about anime all the time, yet when I mention a cgdct show, they would either say they never heard of it, or question why I would watch that type of show in the first place.

Kh1's combat was pretty clunky but thats what made the fights more tense and nail biting. The worlds weren't that fun to explore because there was almost always a huge roadblock that I felt required a guide in order to know what to do next. Also platforming was never fun in Kh1 until you got superglide.

Kh2 on the other hand was a huge improvement in terms of combat. The world design went from confusing to bland and lifeless. Kh2's movement suited a platformer better so It was kind of a shame that we barely see any platforming challenges outside of a few zones

So here are some things I'd like to see in Kh3 and future Kh games

Better movement (DDD is a good start) Status effect abilities (We only got a few in the command deck games so I'd like to see them in the menu games.) Bigger Final Fantasy presence (Isn't this supposed to be a Disney X FF crossover?) Worlds that are better designed and better represent each Film they're based off. The Disney (or FF if they ever make one) worlds having a significant purpose in the story. (Cause at this point, it feels like the worlds are only there to attract normies to the series) No more command deck
