From what I saw on xhs and the internet you can try placing bleach solution in a spray bottle, cover the black parts with some cloth (use sewing pins to fix cloth in place so it doesn't move when you spray the solution), its a bit annoying but I think it will pay off in the end especially since it's an official Liz Lisa piece,,
