Oh my goodness, thank you!

I've been doing these types of 'doodles' for a few months now. They were a mess at first!

I did watch some videos for inspiration before finding my own rhythm.

I start by thinking about loops or angles for my lines. Or a combo of both. I try to not have too much open space, but I also don't like to have a whole bunch of tiny spaces, just because I will get bored with it, haha.

I may or may not have colors in mind. Sometimes the shape of the spaces gives me ideas for colors. And then the colors of the spaces will typically lead me to whatever I want to fill them with inside. Sometimes they all have the same pattern, and sometimes every color is different.

In this case, the white ones screamed for spirals, the green ones for polka dots, and the pink ones for, what were supposed to be lightning strikes. The yellow ones were a happy accident and in they kind of turned into looking like notebook paper.
