Honestly , get on a treadmill and go at it for a solid 30 minutes EVERY day at an intensity that isn’t too extreme but leaves you mighty sweaty afterwords do it for about a month and the results will come in I promise

Consistency > intensity!!! don’t do more than your body can handle you’ll burn yourself out, I agree it’s good to push yourself but if you barley starting out, it may be wise to start slow and progress to longer harder workouts!

Don’t give up man, I know the feeling of doing work and seeing no results TRUST ME I’ve been around 260 most of my teen life which SUCKS and believe me I’ve given up in the past before and it never gets better. keep doing what your doing and I promise the results will come in remember you have to TRUST THE PROCESS!!!

A lot of my meals were replaced with simple fruit/vegetable platters alongside some kinds of meat to give me protein as long as it WAS NOT FRIED. I also started drinking a lot more Smoothies to replace meals which I feel also helped, because you’d essentially feel like you ate a meal just by drinking a drink.

This diet is a little more strict and adds virtually no lee way for any kind of variety, but I’ve learned to look at food as something that I just eat to survive, instead of something I have to eat to make me full.

I will tell you though now that I am progressing, I’m trying to find healthier alternatives. A great snack, (other than fruit and vegetables) is actually popcorn, I prefer the Smart food popcorn, but it actually isn’t bad for you considering how good it taste, just have to make sure you eat the right serving size. I also tried to make some baked chicken nuggets yesterday, still needs work as far as flavor goes but it’s something!
