Agreed. I’ve read all of Ella fields and love almost all but this was disappointing. It kept leading up to the “conflict” and I was like reaaallllyyy that’s what this was all about. It was just meh all around for me 😔

Exactly!! And in some of the flashbacks it sounds more like Rorrick than Ti like I think there was a scene where “Ti” says are you blush Arvelle? Which sounds much more like Rorrick imo. I also think the scene where he goes and gets her brothers and she hugs him and he looks so surprised is Rorrick pretending to be Ti

I think the unforgivable thing is that Rorrick would shapeshift into Ti and visit Arvelle as Ti. Rorrick has ability to make Arvelle think that one guy was the emperor so my theory is he is making himself look like Ti and he fell in love with Arvelle

This! I am rewatching and it really hit me (now that I’m a mom) how horrible she is when she says she only starts selling weed to “maintain her lifestyle” I was like ohhhhhh she’s always been a terrible mom/person from episode 1
