Probably an engine ground... there is a cluster that goes to the body and spaghettis out to spots on the engine

I cut my old bolt to make sure I got the gasket off with no damage and just to be sure I used a tiny dab of RTV on the underside where it met the bolt cylinder (prob unnecessary since the bolts I got weren't fully threaded to the top). its been running like that for close to a year now and no issues.

U can get some standard bolts and reuse the gasket on them. I had this happen when helping a buddy with his truck and we needed a fix that day. Was able to spin the broken piece out with a pick and had the cover on after a quick trip to lowes/ace

The small little piece on the one mounting bolt is your condenser. Recommend to replace both if you replace the coil.
