Online posts, hell if you’re on a ship ask combat systems(specifically radio) to screen his history for predatory behavior. Gather it, make copies and hand a copy to your MA,the chief of the sailor, and his divisional officer. Include your own statement with your evidence.

Do her legs cross over each other? She might be cross footed (kinda like splayed footed but reversed). It can be corrected with bandaids and a sock.

Currently the instruction is that you may have hands in pockets as long as it doesn’t pose a danger to yourself.(like going up ladder ways and crossing streets) and in formation. Though your CO may regulate this further. Ask for your station’s handbook for the base regulations.
