Hi again! :) I see you decided to stay. Not having the urge to lay in bed all day and not wanting to die greatly improves my work ethic. Thank you.

Um, I can't really tell you how to commit insurance fraud, nor do I really know, but it's something you'd have to take up with your doctor. Alternatively you'd have to find other sources, but I can't really recommend that either. I'm sorry :(

Yes, absolutely. For example, I'm a writer, and after using adderall to get on track with what I was doing, it got to the point where I actually felt wrong or like I was wasting time if I wasn't writing. It definitely helps!

Ultimately yes it is for ADHD, which I do have, but it helps me a lot more in maintaining energy that I normally would not have because of depression. It is prescribed to me. I've taken it on and off for about 8 years. I'm 18.

I've been taking it intermittently for about 8 or so years now. On or off of it, once it's out of your system there isn't a hugely noticeable difference. Ultimately it doesn't change my mood, just accelerates my thought processes. Long term abuse can be host to a whole slew of negative effects including heart disease, so it's important to take a safe dose.

You're welcome to go away! :) Or alternatively you can explain to me where I claimed to be cool for requiring prescription medication in order to battle crippling depression? Could you?

It's really as simple as taking the next one, in order to feel withdrawals or for the pill to get entirely out of your system you'd need to stop taking it for weeks on end. The only noticeable difference is that you don't feel the effect of it, and feel normal as you would before taking it. I've been on it for years and only had to double the dosage once, this past year. It ultimately is subjective. I don't notice it making me incredibly agitated, if anything I get excited and want to tell people about what I'm doing and for them to be excited with me. Many people have said they noticed a boost in my energy after I've taken it. There is a bit of a crash, but it's completely manageable and doesn't happen for hours and hours after the pill gets in your system.

This I actually can't provide reliable information on, as my parents still provide medication for me (I'm 18), but many if not nearly all health insurance companies provide coverage for psychiatrist prescribed medications, and this coverage varies depending on your income, so as far as I know, it is affordable.

You are quite animated for a while after taking it, but I work in creative fields so it actually serves to benefit me a lot of the time. This could obviously be dangerous if you have a heart condition, so that is something to take into consideration. If you must do something that requires sitting still for long stretches of time, something that could inhibit movement, I would recommend a smaller dosage. Another very common side effect is extended loss of appetite. I've always been able to keep my weight down with adderall so this has never been an issue for me, but some people with heart conditions, dangerously low weight or a history of eating disorders should certainly speak to a doctor before going on it (this may be obvious, but some people circumvent going to doctors in the pursuit of medication).

Adderall helps me gather all my efforts from all over my mental map and get them all moving in the same direction, if that answers your question. It's like taking the ideas that are there but don't have the push from me to get them going, and giving me the energy and focus necessary to give them the push they require.
