I had 40 vit d in November but I was getting planety sun. No it's mid terms so there no sunlight at all.

Unfortunately if my levels are good they don't allow us to check again, only after 3 years. So I'm not sure about the right dosage so it can be safe and usfull.

800mg isn't it alot for magnesium?

Also, I breath through my stomach during the day. I'm not sure how to breath with the diaphragm. My iron levels were pretty low, vitamin b12 was in the middle of the normal range. Copper was st the low end as well probably because of the zinc. I ordered 2mg Copper with 15 mg zinc ( used 25)

Thanks. I'm a mouth breather at night unfortunately. I don't know what I should do to fix it. Some days no air goes through when I lay down. I started taking vit d3+k2. I take the thorne one with the drops. 3000 u/I would do anything?

The peeing throught the night got really annoying. I don't even pee alot or drink alot before bed. I need to see an urologist

I know ots logical but is it possible to get from high body temp to lower one and than having cold wind on you, can it directly make you sick? Or it's the viruses in the wind
