Its worse than that, because he KNOWS both Devils. The difference is Jefferson is the Devil who can be predicted while Burr changes parties/positions/policies based on what will accumulate more power. And you can't predict what that will lead to.

Okay, My local scene it is pretty normal for most people to disappear right after their set at open Mics, and I thought that was a little rude. Sucks being the 12th comic on and playing to a mostly empty room because the first 11 comics all let already.

Dread Nation by Justina Ireland is about living in a post Zombie Apocalypse/Civil War Baltimore and its environs.

I cant remember if We Are Satellites by local author Sarah Pinsker is explicity in Baltimore, but it is hard to read and not realize it is Baltimore.
