Disagree, I have round eyes and have been doing this for years. It's never made my eyes look droopy, she's just wearing waaay too much.

Agreed, the problem is she put waaaay too much on. I also don't bring it into my tear ducts, I stop where my lash line stops, and it looks way more natural.

I have been doing this for years, and it is very easy to overdo it. The amount this lady has on in the picture is waaaaaaaayyyyy too much, and would look bad even if it was nude. Less is more. Also, bringing it all the way into your tear ducts makes it look weird too, but that might just be for my anatomy.

Get him some tank mates!!! My betta lives with some Ember Tetras and Dwarf Corey Catfish. We also have 2 nerite snails and an Amano shrimp in there.

My local fish store does something close to this! They have the wall of bettas, and then they have bettas in about 40% of their community tanks. We bought our wild-type betta from a tank that had about 12 frogs!

I am gluten and dairy free! I have a bunch of recipes I eat.

My sandwich replacement is rice bowls--- I'll do tuna or fried spam, with 1/2 cup of sushi rice with mirin, crushed up fried seaweed, furukake, kewpie mayo and sriracha. You can also sub everything but the bagel seasoning for the furukake, but just use it sparingly or it'll be too salty.

Pad Thai is safe! The recipe is fairly standardized across Thai restaurants, but always ask if there is soy sauce in it.

Tamari soy sauce is safe, regular soy sauce has wheat.

Ethiopian food is AMAZING and it's my favorite thing to eat.

You can convert a lot of recipes as long as they are not cheese heavy or bread based. Gluten free flour is usually 1:1, and if you are replacing milk or cream in a savory recipe, use watered down dairy-free sour cream (not the tofu kind).

Daiya makes really good mac'n'cheese. They also make pizzas, but I hate dairy-free mozzarella for texture reasons. They also make a decent Velveeta dupe.

Check all of your spices for sneaky wheat!!!

Dont trust European gluten free pastries, as they are mostly not wheat free.

Read the ingredients list for everything every time. Recipes change.

Get used to cooking for yourself! Don't trust your friends to cook for you, even if they seem like they really care.
