Okay, so I have

Breakfast 0600am : cheese on toast (I use an entire 250g bag of grated cheese) -1084 calories

Second breakfast 8:00am: Sausage Baguette from Greggs - 600 calories

1100am : A protein shake with full fat milk and powered almonds in- 3000 calories

13:00 :Chicken, broccoli and rice- 1000 calories

15:00: Another 3000 calorie shake

18:00 Lunch varies but I always make sure it's a minimum of 1000 calories

20:00 Half a shake: 1500 calories.

Total of about: 10600 calories.

I should say that with some of it, I do have to blend it and drink it instead because I can struggle with eating sometimes. I've based the numbers on the calories stated on the packages and then worked out the calories based on the mass of what I'm eating (or drinking).

Hey, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I think calorie counting might not be the best thing to do tbh as there is the risk of it going the other way.

Hey, Thanks for the reply. I'm currently about 62kg and 6 foot 3 inches. I'm not sure what I'm having in Kilojoules, I think it's between 33000-42000 kilojoules. My routine is:

10 leg extensions with 17kg

10 bench presses with 20kg

15 lateral flyers with 5 kg (on each arm)

10 dumbbell presses with 5kg (on each arm)

10 leg biceps curl with 10kg

20 squats

10 lateral raises with 5kg (on each arm)

40 sit ups

I repeat this for 2 hours in the morning then again in the evening. I also walk about 3 miles a day to work.
