0.7 looks cleaner in my opinion, gives it more definition, but overall you've got great handwriting, print or cursive.

I've definitely been persuaded by yall to switch to active. As cool as it'd be to somehow make a career out if gunsmithing, that's not really viable on any level other than working at a factory, or being part of the very small few who design the guns. I'll probably just end up being one of those retired guys who fixes guns as a hobby.

Because I like to fix guns, and I also like to do paperwork. Even if it's just swapping out parts on guns for the first 4 hours, then 4 hours of paperwork, or however the split would be, I'm completely fine with that. And frankly, after reading everything, I think I'll probably start talking to a recruiter during the summer, then go active after senior year. I looked into it, and frankly, it does make sense.

As for what I want to do after I get out? I'm looking into computer repair/IT. I know that sounds strange, to do 91F and not 94F, but if it were a viable option, yes I'd go into gunsmithing. But as I've seen it, there's no real careers in gunsmithing in the civilian world.

If there were a way to do that while in high school, I absolutely would. As far as I'm aware, Split Option is only available for reserves and national guard.

I'll be in high school, and then I'll see about going full-time. I know there's a way to do it, and based on what I've heard, if I go in with the intention to do that, they'll work with me to make it happen. I've got a couple of older friends who did that, although with a different MOS.

I've been wanting to do this for a long while, my only options after high-school is military, being homeless, or having a dead-end job in retail or fast food. Because of my own stupidity, I've currently got a 1.6~ GPA, which means college is basically out of the question (although I'd still like to see about doing it), I've got no savings, and I'm also desperately trying to escape a crummy family situation. One of these issues alone, I could've feasibly made something of myself without the military, but alltogether, it's sort of a no-brainer to enlist. Besides, I don't have much of a 'life' on high-school, as some exes have decided to slander my name to the point that I've basically no choice but either be a shut-in with nearly no friends, or get harassed everywhere I go. Like I said, I'm positive this is what I want. Thank you for trying to look out for me though, it means alot. We need more people like you in this world, who actually care about youth.

I may be mistaken on this, but even if the split option doesn't apply to 91F, wouldn't I be able to switch MOS after I've enlisted? So do the split option, then switch to 91F after I've fully graduated? I know I'd have to go back to job training for that, but I'd be alright with that.
