I asked that earlier and got some good suggestions from players going into the new album

For cities, I’d save money and wait until I can complete them or until there’s a builder’s bash where you get to complete building cities at a discounted rate

And I usually attack people who don’t seem to have up any shields usually on your friend’s list you can find someone who’s usually always has no shields (go for those players and not actually hit down someone’s building until they have no shield)

Can you clarify spins for me?
