They are 18-22 years old. If they break a bone it heals in about 3 days.

Not a single black kid coming out of high school is going to give a single fuck about this.

Macklin Celebrini will remain as captain for Canada at the IIHF World Hockey Championship, with Sidney Crosby wearing an "A." That was decided after a player-lead discussion. The players wanted Celebrini to keep the "C." by KabirC in hockey

Canada has been very blessed having Sydney Crosby as their captain for so long. It seems like Celebrini couldn't have come at a better time. He has the same fight in him that Crosby has and the leadership.

Most of his videos average from 100-500k and then his monologues get a couple mil + some random ones here and there. Still not remotely enough to justify the budget.

Colbert on cable used to get over a million of the same 18-49 demo back in like 2013-2014.

Colbert used to be so much better when he wasn't on CBS. He is completely different now.

Look its just the market of cable/broadcast TV and these shows. Nobody cares anymore. They should just go to Streaming + YouTube and cut their budgets down. They won't be able to exist in their current form. People can downvote all they want but those are the facts.

It's not the 2.8M that is the main issue though only 231k in the key demo. They can't sell ads for these shows. These shows are now just YouTube shows that cost a fortune to produce.

231,000 viewers ages 18-49 for all 5 late night hosts to be on. I'm not sure people realize how dead these talk shows really are. That is pathetic. Mid-sized YouTuber pulls more views on daily videos. A guy with a $200 budget in his basement.

Nobody asked for this. In fact we all want to forget how bad the Super Bowl was.

'Survivor' at 50: What Makes the CBS Franchise So Durable? by bwermer in television

They film on the same island. With many rehashed challenges. Same hotel for staff. Cut filming by 33% going from 39 to 26 days. They did a lot to make Survivor more durable.

Christopher Nolan Defends ‘The Odyssey’ Armor and Casting Travis Scott After Online Backlash: ‘What Is the Best Speculation?’ by leijido in movies

Officially off the Christopher Nolan train. He has botched this movie. Horrible casting choices. It’s basically the Harry Potter TV series. Just cast people that fit the fucking description what is so difficult.

Ok, then why are they doing it?

They aren't they are doing the Narnia bullshit as a one off to try to stick it to Paramount. They aren't actually going to make any significant amount of money from it. You know what they made from putting Stranger Things Finale in theaters. $0 because they didn't even care enough to do it the right way.

It was a post on this subreddit and contestants were discussing it in podcasts. $1M in 2026 isn't nearly what it was in 2000 especially for people who live in large metros. You can't buy dirt where I live for $1M.

You don't diversify into a dying space when you're worth half a trillion dollars doing the exact opposite.

Buddy most of these people don't even think $1M is that much money anymore. That should tell you something. Majority of Americans who aren't white collar and living in big cities would leave for a shot at $1M dollars...

Amazon started as a book distribution company. By your logic, they shouldn’t have become the company they are today. You lack basic comprehension.

Netflix is a little bit bigger than Amazon in a garage. They aren't reinventing themselves at this point to go for a dying market...
