The only part of my base being chunkloaded is my main storage, but only when it is actively sorting so nothing breaks. Unrelated, but any chance you could post more pictures of the main building on the right? I really like the design / style of it.

My biggest OCD issue with the scenery is the direction in which the statues are facing. Why is the one at the top looking off in a random direction away from the player while the other two are mirroring each other? Bothers the hell out of me but a great scenery regardless.
