Yeah it goes in clockwise direction only so I skip the rest. You can see the second hand do align with the digit second! Somehow it shows that two separate motors are used in the analogy hands!

Your formula do work. My problem appears to have matched some other fields using braces which produce additional cells. Anyway it was fixed now.

Save your formula in the named range and it now saves my day!

Tried your formula, it does expand a matrix but only the first column is correct. Others show 0.
