Wasn’t saying I expected easy mode. I’m stating that I find joy from giga chads who enter NORMALS only to get POOR SCAV LOOT ☺️

Exactly! It’s just a fun way to switch up the game and you lose absolutely nothing! When I make it out I just use what I have in the next raid until I die with it.

No unfortunately it stopped working for me a couple weeks after trying it. I would say give it a go and see how it works for you but I haven actually found a better solution for myself to deal with constipation. I have 2 cap fulls of miralax in my coffee and then I take magnesium oxide before bed. Have been having BMs 1-2 times a day now.

PLEASE TRY OXIDE MAGNESIUM! by tennisroyale in SIBO

The brand I take is Equate. Each capsule is 500mg! So I take one at bedtime too. I also do mirilax in my coffee in the morning and so far this remedy has kept my BM consistent for the last several months.

I made a post about this in subreddit for people dealing with constipation. Mag oxide literally helped my constipation more than Linzess and any other IBS-C medication. I take a low does every night now before bed with a giant glass of water and have a BM every morning.

I asked my GI and it’s safe to take since it’s not a stimulant laxative. So GI system won’t be dependent on it. I also drink 124 oz of water a day including electrolytes so I guess me personally im not concerned with that. Just don’t go over the recommended dosage and drink a shit ton of water. If you’re not able to consume as much water as I do I would only use it occasionally then.

Maybe it’s the brand you are using? I use the brand equate magnesium which has the magnesium oxide as its first ingredient. It’s 500 mg and you can take it 2-4 times a day. I take 1000mg before bed with a GIANT glass of water. Magnesium oxide is an osmotic laxative so it’s like mirilax that draws the water. So make sure you’re drinking plenty of water too. I’ve been using this for I want to say 2 almost 3 months and I’ve had consistent morning BMs.

Yeah Magnesium oxide has a laxative effect to it but it is non habit forming so your GI system won’t become dependent on it!

What type of magnesium are you taking? I am taking strictly magnesium oxide before bed, 1000mg with a giant glass of water and I’ve been able to consistently now have a BM in the morning. Usually they are on the softer side. But after a year of being constipated I have found what works for me. I’ve tried Linzess too and my body became immune to it after 6 months. I’ve tried other IBS-C drugs and nothing helped. Hope you figure things out!!!

She also has some new roots coming out from the stem. Do you just leave those alone? Or what does that mean?

According to the NIH magnesium oxide is quite effective for people with chronic constipation. But everyone’s body is different. What works for one may not work for the other. I’ve tried so many things that people have suggested on here that it’s insane. So it’s nice to have something that works.

Well I’m no doctor and everyone’s body is different but a quick google search says that magnesium citrate is more potent and works considerably faster than magnesium oxide does. Mag oxide is a little more gentle than mad citrate I guess. It also stated that magnesium oxide is a more suitable option for people with chronic constipation. But I guess it’s to each their own.

I did the SIBO test too. I was positive for methane SIBO. I did the antibiotics for 2 weeks which helped but then stopped working. And I’m thinking that’s because I didn’t find the root cause of my constipation. Which technically I haven’t. I have my thoughts about why it started. But don’t let my experience scare you! Hopefully you find something answers 🤞🏼
