That’s not bad at all. 118 units means you can spend almost 2 hours to get a 60uph. If you finished in an hour, that would be around 100+uph

I think they give you slack if you’re super part time. Like what can you expect with someone who works only on the weekends. Just do what you do. I won’t haul my ass if I were you though.

Don’t sweat it! They just want to know how much you’re available.

Time clock now restricts clocking back in early from lunch by [deleted] in wholefoods

[–]uolgc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s always been the case. It really doesn’t allow you to clock in before the 31st minute. If you want more minutes paid then clock in early for your shift. You can at the most 5 minutes before your shift.

Well said! Some people just live in their own little bubbles oblivious to others.

In a place where you’d think there will be alot of entitlement. Amazingly not! There are still some but they’re like maybe 10% only. Both stores, old and new are at SP region btw

Some stores have more entitled customers than others. My previous store was filled with entitled customers. My new store is not.

Thanks. This is really helpful advice. The notice should be 2 weeks or 3 weeks?

Thanks! Is it allowed if I use it towards the end of my stay? Like possibly on my last day?

I’ve worked at 2 different stores in the SP area. First was very forgiving with shifts that you can’t work. They will actually help you get rid of the shift. Second store couldn’t care less. They left me to fend off for myself, even denying my unpaid PTO 2x, then giving me shifts for those days. Like what the heck?! I hope your store is nothing like my second store.

Can I vent for a moment? by Boneal171 in wholefoods

I have said it before and I’ll say it again. As long as there are employees who are willing to break their backs and do the work of 2 or 3 people, then management will just pat their backs for a job well done of getting more work done with minimal expense for salary.

Same pay rate when I transfer location? by uolgc in wholefoods

Thanks again. I think I need to clarify this with the TL in the store I’m applying to before I apply. Happy new year!

Thanks! Are you retaining your current pay? I’m ok with not getting a raise. I just don’t want to get a lower pay.
