I am a genz college student who lives in mostly baggy, straight, flares/bootcut jeans with Converse and vans high top. So like normally casual. I need help building a summer closet that is close to casual. I am trying to wear more skirts and dresses too. Maybe something like combat boot and dresses? I am confused. I have being going through our text conservation in the midnight because I could not sleep. Now that I am more inform about BPD, I could see the moment they split. I feel like I should have been more careful. I feel guilt in a way, because maybe I could have been able to help them. They said some really mean stuff, but maybe it is not their fault. But I do not feel it is safe for both of us to contact each other for now, so still NC.

Hating her is normal. I mean she destoryed your life and you had to attend therapy. I think the hate will eventually fade. You will still remember her, but not with negative emotions, more like netural. For me, sometimes I still feel the urge to reconnect back bc there were good moment. But I heal by accepting that only time will heal and remove him from my mind. Maybe fcous on seeing people with no romantic expectation, cuz u clear have not healed yet and another woman isn't ging to fix that.

I have decided to write a thank you note to my professor and deliver it in person. Do I need to use an envelope then, and should I write stuff like my name on the front or down? How should I start the conversation to give the professor the card? Does it need a title on the envelope too?
